At PandoraJohnProperties, we’re more than just a real estate team; we’re longtime Evergreen locals with a shared love for this mountain community. Founders Pandora and John Erlandson are both Certified Mountain Area Specialists (CMAS) and bring together a background in marketing, music, and support for both the local community and arts. John is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Pandora is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Their partners Patrick and Jenna McMenaman grew up and met in the local community. Patrick has years of experience in creating masonry for local homes, helping to build both “cabins in the woods” and relationships. Jenna is a Certified Mountain Area Specialist, and enjoys helping clients start and find resolution in their real estate journey.
Together, we help clients navigate the unique aspects of buying and selling in the foothills, from well and septic systems to lifestyle fit and location.
